At The Olfactant Room, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your fragrances and products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
The Olfactant Room is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Olfactant Room is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrance products. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally be shipped to certain locations.
